How do you ship my pet stroller?
All orders will be shipped via UPS within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. You will be provided with a tracking number when your pet stroller is shipped.
We ship to the 48 continental states without any additional charges. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any other foreign countries, please email or call us for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through Paypal.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the pet stroller that you receive, please
contact us with your full name and order number, we'll contact you with instructions to return the stroller.
However, there'll be a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost will not be refunded on a returned stroller and is not included in the restocking or damaged item fee.
NOTE: If the pet stroller is returned broken, damaged or not in resellable condition then a 20% damaged item fee will be assessed.
